Refund Policy

Flat cancellations are not permitted after the inception date of the policy. All fees charged are fully earned at the time of binding. The earliest McGowanPro will cancel a policy is the date we receive the cancellation request. Policies may be cancelled either pro-rata or short rate, depending upon the circumstances of the cancellation, and in accordance with state requirements. In the event of a cancellation, the unearned premium will be returned within 60 days.
